50+ Year Legacy of Entrepreneurship, Discipline & Impact

My first exposure to entrepreneurship was not from a classroom—it was from my father’s shop.

In 1993, while studying in 8th standard, I spent my evenings assisting my father in his Motors & Pump Sets business, established in 1977.
My father, Krishna Reddy garu, is a first-generation entrepreneur from a farming family. For over 50 years, he has earned the trust of millions—serving grandfathers, fathers, and now Gen-G customers from the same place, even today in 2026.

For me, his life is a living textbook on entrepreneurship:

• Discipline – Opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 8:00 PM, consistently for 50 years

• Consistency – Same commitment every single day

• Transparency – Trust built across generations

Learning Entrepreneurship the Practical Way

After completing my MBA in 2003 from Maharishi University of Management, I was eager to start my own venture. My father guided me wisely—to begin with a franchise model, where I could learn modern business systems while keeping financial risk low.

Jetking InfoTrain Ltd. (2004–2020) – 17 Years of Entrepreneurial Learning

In 2004, I started as a franchise partner of Jetking InfoTrain Ltd.
Over 17 years, this journey has shaped me as an entrepreneur, system builder, and leader.

Around 2011, after nine years in Jetking, I felt a deeper calling—to serve education differently.
I realised what I missed during my own academic years: hands-on, experiential learning.

What Triggered This Mission?

1. I am a kinesthetic learner, yet I had limited practical exposure in school and college

2. My brother’s medical education inspired me—where theory and practice coexist seamlessly

3. Globally, the best economies combine quality products with strong vocational and hands-on education

From Active Farm School to Active Discovery Campus

The journey began in 2013 as Active Farm School, in a rented space in Hyderabad, with a simple mission:

 Organised, systematic, field-based, and 100% practical learning.
