Impactful Journey

In the tapestry of my educational odyssey, the year 1989 found me at Little Scholar School, Mahabubnagar, where the venerable Sri. Laxmi Kanth Garu sparked our excitement for learning by announcing an early-morning rendezvous with Venus. Rising at 4:30 am, the ethereal sight left an indelible mark, illustrating the potency of experiential learning. This profound approach to education continued at Sri Satya Sai Gurukulam in 1995, where a field trip to a cotton ginning mill revealed the alchemy of cotton seed purification with sulfuric acid. The visceral understanding gained during that visit spoke volumes about the depth of knowledge one can glean from immersive experiences.

Fast forward to 2002 at Maharishi Institute of Management, Noida, where my MBA professor, Mr. Sanjay Chandwani, orchestrated a transformative Industry Visit to the Coca-Cola Factory. The sheer magnitude of the machinery, coupled with the immaculate processes, left an enduring impact on my perception of corporate dynamics. It was a testament to the multifaceted influence that experiential learning can exert on the human mind, igniting the spark of innovative thought.

The year 2004 ushered in a hands-on education revolution when my Principal Company Jetking,CMD, Sri. Suresh G. Bharwani, handed me a radio do-it-yourself kit as part of my IT business training. As I assembled the components and delved into the intricacies of resistors, circuits, and breadboards, a profound realization dawned—the power of practical education in shaping a business acumen that goes beyond textbooks.

My assiting into my father Sri. Krishna Reddy business during grade 8, coupled with a practical exploration of accounts, customer relations catapulted me to the pinnacle of academic achievement during 11 & 12 grade. This underscored the tangible impact of applied learning on academic success.

A cinematic epiphany in 2009, courtesy of the Three Idiots Movie and the inspirational Mr. Sonam Wangchuk, stirred a resolve within me to contribute to hands-on education. What began as a fleeting thought has evolved into the transformative reality of Active Discovery Campus today.
